Under the Egyptian Presidency, the 27th session of the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP 27, will be held from November 7 to 18, 2022 in Sharm el-Sheyk.

In this context, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) will host the high-level ministerial meeting,

Precop 27, from 03 to 05 October 2022 in Kinshasa at the Palais du Peuple.

A place of exchange and debate that will bring together about sixty Ministers of Environment and/or Energy as well as representatives of negotiating groups, the UNFCCC Secretariat and representatives of civil society,...

An international scientific conference is also organized beforehand, from 5 to 7 September 2022 in Yangambi, DRC, a moment of reflection and sharing around the theme "Contribution of the forests of the Congo Basin and other tropical basins of the planet to the fight against climate change".
